The own projects of NABCONS provides good work life balance and learning especially with NABARD projects. The prompt payment of Salary is appreciated.

Dislikes

Huge discrimination in Salary and culture for staff in different projects. Improper IT infrastructure such as HRMS softwares leads to huge dependency on email and manual reports. Mostly the recruitments are for a shorter period upto 1 years with high job insecurity.

Job timing should be 7 hrs. Due to continuous Site visit Mon-Sat body feels very tired, Giving Saturday off benefits to all employees.
