Organization has a brand name of NABARD only but they follow autocratic culture in NABCONS. There is no rule in organization. They just follow the instructions of NABARD officers and that too very biased. They don't have nay HR structure. HR ppl don't know anything. They just do the paper work only which are full of flaws. They don't know how many ppl are working in NABCONS. They forget the things easily and sometime they forget to give salary to their employees also. Imagine the whole system which they are following right. Just like a local shop ! No career growth. No salary increment.
