The own projects of NABCONS provides good work life balance and learning especially with NABARD projects. The prompt payment of Salary is appreciated.

Dislikes

Huge discrimination in Salary and culture for staff in different projects. Improper IT infrastructure such as HRMS softwares leads to huge dependency on email and manual reports. Mostly the recruitments are for a shorter period upto 1 years with high job insecurity.

This is the better place for new comers who need pocket money and get relaxed environment including gazetted holidays.

No scope for hardworking staff. Never get promotion as per deliverables. No predefined salary scale available. Means junior getting more salary than the senior.

Organization has a brand name of NABARD only but they follow autocratic culture in NABCONS. There is no rule in organization. They just follow the instructions of NABARD officers and that too very biased. They don't have nay HR structure. HR ppl don't know anything. They just do the paper work only which are full of flaws. They don't know how many ppl are working in NABCONS. They forget the things easily and sometime they forget to give salary to their employees also . Imagine the whole system which they are following right. Just like a local shop ! No career growth. No salary increment.
