The completely worst place to work. There are no Job security lots of politics all senior would be govt employee even some of them would discriminate you based on the position they will not support you any more.

Dislikes

Politics, is like government culture becz your senior would be a government employee, with no support as everyone is saving their jobs only. Some time you feel discriminate.

There is no job security at all. The management is not good. There are no fixed policies favorable to Employees. The organization may be good but there is no humanity. they can use the employees and through away.

Dislikes

Teammates are good enough. Employees are not working for a long time, as Nabcons is not giving salaries or traveling expenses in time. Every time needs to take a new team and giving training, it is difficult to work with new team without experience for time-bound projects.
