No value for the realtime trainer. Only focus on false people and promote them . Gives more work by listening them , their words and put other trainers in dustbin. Their is no value for the trainers.

No assignment no payment, no job security. Only few project in a year. Plenty trainer are waiting every year to receive assignment but they do not have. Why they keep lots of trainer I have no idea. They keep all trainer in free lance mode but they do not have idea when will be the project will come. May be once in two months you will get one project. Project head Mr Debnath Boral alwys on pressure but no work for trainer 😀☺ Only use less so called TTT, Mrs sushmita madam are there, are big time ° but use less. Only TTT but no work, so guys what even salary they will promise that Will be for once in a six month only. Be care full. No more benefit from there ! Even if you go out side for project no allowance, You have to do your own woth your payment only, like hotel rent, food, internet etc. So like if one project they will pay 8k, yoi have to spend 4k for your expense.so you will earn 3-4k only in a months. So guys very carefull before join and receive any assingment. Thank you...Read More

On time payment if you have any work. 4k or 3 k in a 3 month once. Carefull, this is the truth abut this foundation. Only wasting of time. Even No HR policy, no cooedination in Kolkata or west bengal. Useless office in Rajarhat.

I am happy to state that i was the part of Naandi foundation. The project which has been arranged for girls, that really helped them. Me as trainer, i used to gives life skill training to the underpreviledge girls, abd our aim is building their confidence. my colleagues are helpful and me worked happily in collaboration

Apart from salary, i did not have compensation and benefits. There was no job security, rather slow growth in career.

Generally speaking, my worked was slightly challegable as i was working girls who belong to low socio economic status, and this programme was slightly different so we used to get engaged all the girls during training.
