I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nothing, CEO is terrible, a physio who thinks he is only smarter and don't have clarity on his goals and expect someone too. Torture the people, no work balance, no growth. As a leader or CEO, he talks bad about an employee with other team member and threaten to spoil the career of an individual.
