I have previously worked as sales associate in BPCL Buy seeing opportunity in MEE felt happy to expose my talent in industry iam grown up and joined with a golden eyes , but the overall after joining I have surprise that the product iam working is more effective and useful in future automotive industry

Worked 1year and in mean time all the disasters happened the higher employees doesn’t know what was going in ground level , TM giving wrong information about ground level survey of the company and finally they dipped the company losses and they skipped silently and Higher officials didn’t know how are capable to put the stable , they put the wrong person as TM even didn’t know the alphabet in the industry...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
