Developers have good opportunity to learn. Good peers at workplace. Good work from home flexibility. If company is at profit zone, employees are treated well with gifts and outings.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Projects planning is not good Managers doesn't think about mental health of the employee. Some managers need to learn how to communicate in a corporate.
