Work Details

Work life was almost good and stress free , there was strict office timings, so you need to wrap your work in time before EOD. I must say there was proper work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
