Its a good for job security but there are too many things to do for a single person , so many things to learn , problem is that there are less chances of career growth as and salary hike is non existence, very slow growth compared to other financial institutions like banks , although sales activity for an employee is less as Muthoot does marketing Campaign, 80 % work is related to operations.

Dislikes

Long working hours , getting leave can be hard as branches have limited staffs so handling over the duties can be tough only sunday off so all the personal works of day today life will be pending and sometimes its very frustrating, also there is sunday visit to branch

First of no fixed lunch time. You have to do every kind of work if you are jre you are demanded to do everything but perks are nothing. You never know when you will have to seat an hour more. Company does malpractices but scares the employee with penalty on each and every communication. The list of penalties are never ending. No incentives but company will ask you to maximize their profit. Solely profit oriented company which aims to earn more profit weather it is looted from customer or the staff. No growth very very less salary bad manegement Rules and regulations are very bad in Branches. High manegement think all staff are doing fraud ie no trust on staff. Audit is also very bad
