Kolkata Regional office member like R.M (ABDUL WAHID), DRM (SANDIP KUMAR CHAKRABORTY), PRITAM PODDER is hurmfull for every account staff. They behave like every account staff is slave for them... Work culture is big big "ZERO".. Muthoot finance is the most underrated company.

No promotion on time and very poor annual increments in all cader. I am performer since july-2018 to till date but in ego and with biased our Rajkot Region regional manager Mr.Hiren Canada recommended and transferred me to palitana from Bhavnagar which is 130 kms from my Home Town Bhavnagar, very much painful for me and for my entire family as I am only the care taker of my family.

1- Very low salary , 2- Hypocrite attitude of senior level employees 3- HR is a comedy , even if you are resigning also they not even call you to understand the issue there is no exit interview at all. They started working after 5:30 PM only to show the management that we are working more hours , till 5 PM they are enjoying by distributing snaks going out etc ... 4- HR give promotion just for the sake and send you to another location by giving only 2K salary hike. while your expenses jumped to 10k and responsibility also , finally your promotion got waste. Let me reveal some of the realities about this company: 1. The seniors and BM are very rude and dominant, they will badly yell at you and will even put false allegations on you. 2. Many of the Branch's infrastructure and systems are in very poor condition and the management is not taking any steps to rectify them. 3. There is nothing like Week off here, the management will force to do cold calling on Sundays at home also Sundays and holidays branch visit for security verification.
