I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Good to work for work-Life balance,We will get some casual leaves in emergency, Problems will be understanding easily,Timings will be good 9 to 6pm, last but not Projects are From M.E.S central govt where we can get a lot of good experience..

Dislikes

Complete of projects are bit slow, Pressure is bit high..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
