I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I don't like anything. I worked there because of my situation.

Dislikes

1 There is no proper management there 2 It is run by one person named Shaji Augustin One staff is not given proper salary 3 I worked there 24×7 I was not given salary Rs.1 lakh 3 There is no proper water supply. It was a big complaint. The complaint also says that the guest who comes there...a property with 100 rooms has a total of 15 staff. Many people worked there because of the situation
