The only thing to like is that you will get exposure in Leadership and different Tech stack, and Mu Sigma will be a good setup for Career initially

Dislikes

No Work-Life Balance Leadership does not even care about their Employees, and HR department is powerless If you are working very hard and complete all tasks error free and on-time, it doesn't even matter, untill and unless you have good terms with your manager or you are bringing in new clients/projects for the company. Dollar is the only thing that they care about.

Dislikes

Extremely poor work like balance, management cares very little and the policies increasingly get worse year on year. As of the past 2 years job security is also an increasingly worrying issue. Managers on power trips are not helping the culture either

You will turn out to be the biggest fool if you join this company. Sheer politics and snobbish seniors.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Strict deadlines without any support. Seniors just wait for you to get one wrong so that they can take life out of your by humiliating you like anything. My sincere advice to anyone would be that please look for other opportunities if offered and don't go for this one until you are in dire need.

Don't have the job security, They are hiring 1000+ candidates from 2022 batch to 2024 batch each year, the company will lay off the employees less than 6 months, if you guys have offers go with that, otherwise if it is one and only option for you then join the company but simultaneously try another companies as well, when you other offers it's better to leave this company.

Excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and get your voice heard if you show the right intent. Client exposure at an early stage of career. Ample employee engagement - seldom get bored at the office!

Dislikes

Employee-related policies - worst during covid period. Unstable decisions and strategy at the leadership level without much impact. Poor work-life balance. Lack of senior/expert people.

Nothing bross. If you are from cs background your learning will get stuck in some specific topics may be some people will disagree with me..... But one best thing is that ur SQL skill will improve.... Otherwise it is like clg type preparation...

I suggest that do not join mu sigma...... Ak hota dar... Darr kye jinaa.... Aur ek hota hein mar ...mare kar jina... Though you have enough skill set still they are able to fire you guys..... My experience is very bad in mu Sigma I am not going to suggest to join mu sigma

Company has good projects, not all projects are good though. You need to be involved in politics to get into a good project which are scarce.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Very low professionalism. Exploiting employees using employment bond. Quantity and time spent in office over quality and good work. HR department is not good. Bad office politics. If you are planning to join, please think again. Work is not that great as advertised.
