It's not a employee centric company, you will no get any fix payout, as a Hr I have survived 1year with this hope,that someday they will fix my salary issue,but suddenly without any notice they ask me to give resignation,I have spoiled my 1 year,it's not recommended to anyone,if you have any family don't join....

Staff is not paid maximum the staff takes away is 2k a month survival is a challenge …. People are on variables no job security . People are removed whenever they want no insurance for family …. Management is abusive irrespective it’s a women or man …. No work culture you have to ans calls even if its 6am or 1:30 am

When I joined the company, I thought that now something good will happen in my life and I will also earn money through my hard work ! But nothing like this happened! An FSE works so hard while being in the field! An FSE never gets the full salary from the company!

company data base pe kaam krti karwati he company crm team rakhi thi jo ki inactive marchant base data pe work karwati thi jisse jo v marchant inactive rahte the unpe visite hota tha or marchant ka koi v issue hota tha use solve kar ke marchant ko active karwa diya jata tha👍

No work life balance No job security The hod will enjoy lavishly and only pick faults in his team to show he is working but he doesn't even work except for finding faults and then telling the people that his team is useless. Has no manners also. maybe mangmgt know but i think they are ok with this only for their level while employees like us just keep slogging. No support. You are told to be like God means make no mistake from us but they can do and when you make mistakes they will just make such a big issue infact they will just throw you like a paper in the bin. No training is given directly, but if you have a team then you should provide training to them. It is hypocrisy which they know but don't care.
