This company is very open minded. Here is no obligation to adopt new employees for my team. Its depend on me that, which employee should I take for achieving my sales target. Here at any cost target have to meet as per company's criteria.

Its a very good company. Marketing strategy is good rather than other POS company. Retails customers are first choice of this company. But I found a lacking as per my observation that here customers are not satisfied of company's service. If company look into this issue, then its a good company for work. I found one thing that, whencompany introduce a new pricing then company informing us by whats app, where as others company make concall and give total details description on that products. there is no accurate incentive part either its sales candidates or Tl's , product price they ll take immediately action, there never do R & D in market ,they ll take as per company profit ,
