Company provides Work from home in covid period company and has to go to office and field visit at merchant from August 2020 from 9 to 2 pm .there is a sales pressure from January onwards which was not earlier .one thing i dont like of company was company takes zoom meeting in morning 9 am and as well as jn evening 7:30 pm.which makes the working hour lengthy. And in work from home company unnecessary say to fill google form of customers feedback which is most time consuming and affects on sales pitch ,it is not necessary to fill google form of customer feedback because we resolve and update issues only of merchants who have the issue ,if merchant dont have any issue then why to fill Google form and waste time .BUT CULTURE AND ATMOSPHERE IN THE COMPANY IS GOOD...Read More

DAILY zoom meeting twice in morning and evening and unnecessary filling google forms and doing data entry of MERCHANTS who does not have issue .EVEN THOUGH IF MERCHANTS HAVE ISSUE MSWIPE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR AS THERE IS DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT but however we manage it
