After investing my 6 years in the organisation I was laid off during the pandemic just because of the worst management. You will get a growth if you have long toung to do "that" job. No job security and stability. HR policies are different for every departments. Founder of the organisation has announced Second and Fourth Saturday isholiday for all who are working from office but it is only applicable for top Management<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. It was terrible. Need to work for 10-12 hours every day.

Its my honour to work with Mswipe Technology . I will greatful if I get some promotion from Mswipe Technology. Training was good, nice environment with the team mates, salary system is not satisfactory . Looking for promotion as TL in Ranchi..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
