Its a max fashion franchisee, not following the lifestyle SOP standards and they have their own rules, pathetic management and the salary packages are lower compared to other franchisees , will not provide PF if the salary is more than 15k, and no overtime payments, there is shift timings but store managers will pressure the staff to work over time because of shortage of staffs, they will not fill staff gaps on time, because of that other staffs are under work pressure,...Read More
