MSP RETAIL PVT LTD is franchise of max retail division. Which offers good working environment to employees and maintaines good relationship with top level management to bottom level employees. Also company provides salary, incriment, bonus, incentives and other alovence like PF, ESI, etc on time.

Dislikes

Sometimes i got continuous customer service and feel lack of manpower. So don't get relaxed with peak times and festivel times.

I started my career in MSP As a Cashier. They provide Soft skill training and how to serve our customers in a better way at my first stage of employement. Then they provide my authorities and my role in msp family.
