Everything in mrmmbs vision is very very bad , especially manager behaviour is very bad he very rude to every employee he thinks he is the king of the office and that office is their kingdom , he do whatever he wants to do with their employees all the employees are his servent .

Everything was good during my employment with Mrmmbs Vision, this company gives the opportunity to the freshers as well, but when any fresher or employee doesn't work properly or doesn't perform well at work, they give enough time to the employee to improve their performance. Management trust every employee and give them additional space to improve themself, management make an environment where an employee can learn new things and be a part of a cross-functional team, but some employee benefit from this and harm the organization.

I really enjoyed working with Mrmmbs Vision, they give opportunity to the fresher as well. They maintain a work-life balance culture, so no one will call you after office hours. You have to work properly during office hours, the 1-hour lunch break they offer, I guess that is enough for everyone. On-time salary, maximum by the 10th of every month. Nothing so far, everything is good, except for some employees who try to cheat with the management and manipulate the information in the organization. Management should keep an eye on such employees.
