They always care about their employees .The management is good, very caring good people working, getting salary on time, flexible tenure and delivered good environment.

No management are responding your quarries, hr is so rude , offer letter is fake , while the full and final settlement they are not responding, torturing you , I am not recommended to join here .

Mpokket is good company my job is ok but my Assistant Manager mr Pravakar is too much.just show off that he is only working in whole company.ever time he just shouting on people to show that how serious he is. Unlimited strech no fix working hours if there is no data you have to strech fir your target if you want to achieve 109% by the end of the month. Can't even count the dislikes! The treat employees like servants.. the manager, the TLs, the HRs are so toxic and the work environment is so so so toxic, so much politics they do in the floor! Worst company to work.
