Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

Instructional Design:

• Design & develop engaging, interactive learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, videos along with other multimedia resources
• Apply instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies to create impactful learning experiences
• Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to develop & deploy learning content
• Conduct needs assessments, learning evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain & update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance

Communications:

• Develop & execute internal communication strategies to promote L&D initiatives
• Create compelling & informative communication materials, including newsletters, emails, announcements, & social media posts
• Design visually appealing content for communication purposes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging & branding
• Manage internal communication channels & platforms

Other Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in instructional design, learning technologies & communication best practices
• Contribute to the overall L&D strategy & initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or a related field
• 3 – 5 years of experience in instructional design, content development & communication creations
• Proven experience in designing & developing various types of learning content
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories & learning technologies.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate / Illustrator, Canva) & LMS platforms
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong graphic design & visual communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Good to have :

• Experience with photo / video editing & production
• Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with social media management
• Certification in instructional design or related field
