there is a bad habit in mpokket and i feel that a lot of politics is done here... politics happens is every company but the most use less politics is played in mpokket. There someone is warned two three four times and no one get a singal chance....

I am very happy to be a part of Mpokket because I can learn and groe here. All seniors are very helpful. Everyone has a friendly attitude.

The washroom is something that stays bad all the time. Like now there are problems with flash and j-spray.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
