Dislikes

There is an on-going pressure on Sales team, without giving any strategy or any genuine targets. There is a particular person in the company, who is working in the sales team from more than 10 years and she basically runs the company. Even the CEO doesn't have any say in front of her. He has to follow her instructions because the maximum revenue comes through her and she definitely makes the other Sales employees life's hell. She will take every single thing so personally and will make sure that you will leave the company soon. So, guyz please be very sure before joining the Sales team in Mouthshut....Read More
