I like that the work load is always minimal, and even if something urgent turns up it is managed very well by the seniors who always tend to sheild juniors like me when something goes wrong. This has taught me to be more accountable, and take responsibility when or if something goes wrong on my watch.

Dislikes

The only fact that I've always hated is when you want leaves, sometimes it is denied because of the leave bucket or whatever it is called, say if somebody's on leave and you need a leave at the same time, it's a bit tiresome process to get one for yourself.

This company is a place where anybody would find it very comfortable to work, and blend in just no time, also you will learn, work, and enjoy...simply put everything at once. I find it fun being helped by the seniors, and helping the juniors to understand the fundamentals, as the same was did by my seniors when I joined.

The working Saturdays is a half day office, it would be fantastic if it becomes 5-day work week.
