Not a compnay basically but an agency that trains students/job gap professionals in various tech stacks and provide them opportunities with startups. Join only if u are not getting any sort of IT job in market. Keep it as a last option. Pros: 1. Learnings are good. Steep learning curve. 2. A few mentors are good. Rest are timepass.

1. Pathetic and arrogant senior management. 2. Treat u like money making robot, no consideration for your requests. They don't want you to grow. Idea is to make more money through you. 3.
