In my experience, I had a negative encounter with the company culture in Noida, particularly while working under the facility head, Mr. Saurabh Bhatia. Hes exhibited behaviors that were concerning, as he didn't provide adequate support to his team and was involved in political maneuvering to protect his own position. Furthermore, there were allegations of Mantally Torture towards female employees. It's essential to address these issues and prioritize a healthy work environment. My concerns are not directed at the entire MOTT MacDonald FAMILY." "This individual primarily prioritizes their self-interest and often criticizes team members to gain favor with higher-ups, rather than providing guidance as a good leader should. I observed that this person negatively impacted the overall work environment in the Noida office, which ultimately led to my decision to leave my job. If given the opportunity, I would prefer to work in a different team or department under a more supportive leader, such as Pooja Mam."Action should be taken against such individuals because they hinder the entry of new, young talents into the company and subject them to mental harassment to maintain their dominance. Nothing as such, only promotions take little more time for those who is not much talkative, not highlighting himself/herself consistently in front of mgmt. Person who doesn't involve much in other activities other than work, won't get recognition that much.

Company culture is very nice, supportive people and HR policies are good many benefits other than mentioned in offer letter. Work flexibility is there extra activities are there. Complete UK culture is in making.

Work Life Balance is pretty chill. Hybrid WFH Setup. No unnecessary pressure most of the time, unless there is immediate deliverables.

They might have lot of good qualities but I haven’t experienced anything till now.

There are many. I have also did some mistakes, some of them I already know before I joining with them. So it is not their fault alone. If you are joining please discuss with your manager and clear all your doubts. It is my personal experience and it shouldn’t be same for others.
