It's awesome ! At starting I felt negative, some x employees gave negative review basically one group they playing politics. After 1 month my all doubts get clear I get salary before time, proper pf and good group insurance policy.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Dislikes

Never pay on time, never provide PF. Never give job securities, no facility, don't trust his employee. At my time paying salary after every 3-4months for 1 month. No promotions, no increments. Poor management.

They are very transparent with all the actions in company. In hard times of COVID too, they think about employees first , Great to have leader like our CEO. I like everything about my job, my colleagues are very helpful and so is my manager. ONE stop solution to any problem in India is out HR.
