...er provide PF. Never give job securities, no facility, don't trust his employee. At my time paying salary after every 3-4months for 1 month. No promotions, no increments. Poor management.

.... She is phoenomenal. If you are looking for bright career this company for you. Even in Covid time they fired none of Employees, Even who opt to work in lockdown double salary paid.

... and started our new department SMT Industry 4.0 . They believe in transperency. Salary never delay and always gives reward and appreciation time to time. They always think about employees .

It's not company it's like a shop No salary on time (Always holds 2-3 month salary) No PF, ESI, Medical insurance, bonus deposit while includes in your CTC Very very unresponsive HR madam and management. They make fool and cheat employees as well as creditors Unnecessary deduction from salary / payments Everyday new joining and left of employees because of fake commitments No full and final settlement of ex-employees from last two three years. Ex-employees logged legal cases to concerned department but management have no response/answer No work management Pressure on employees to work everyday 12-14 hours including Sundays and other holidays Rude and unresponsive behaviour 5-10 manpower only Company HR, accountant and even director have no answer for employees query / rights I. E. For salary, for PF, ESI etc. No EL, CL or SL etc. No response of mails / phone calls etc.

...this review after my 1 year experience working here with Motionworks Robotics. I joined in July2021 with salary of 15,000 pm and got to work on many new things like PLC's Laser Marking, Robotics, IOT etc. and i tried my best to put 100% effort in my work. I was always supported for mistakes and taught the right & correct way to do my work. after Completion of 01 year i was called on sunday for Appraisal review which i was not sure of and I got revised salary of 24000 pm which is 60% hike. I was stunned by the management decision and also get emotional little bit as no previous employer and done and realize potential in me. after that I refer my 03 friends for the job in motionworks
