Excellent work culture and very ethical company . They follow proper process and system . Their working level is equal to MNCs . We all working closely and started our new department SMT Industry 4.0 . They believe in transperency. Salary never delay and always gives reward and appreciation time to time. They always think about employees .

They strickly follow their rules and regulations.

It's awesome ! At starting I felt negative, some x employees gave negative review basically one group they playing politics. After 1 month my all doubts get clear I get salary before time, proper pf and good group insurance policy.

Never pay on time, never provide PF. Never give job securities, no facility, don't trust his employee. At my time paying salary after every 3-4months for 1 month. No promotions, no increments. Poor management.

This is the best place for working in automation industry. The Seniors and management is so much supporting and let your career build in a very fruitful manner. Senior management always keeps trying to maintain a balance which is practically not possible. to do so they give undue advantages to few people who do not perform. Advice to management: 1. Stop giving importance to people who are not performing. they do not deserve to be a part of company. please let them go quickly. 2. Do not hire people who think giving 6 hours of productivity in a day disturbs their work life balance. 3. Good to let go people who are not good for the growth of company. This company is based on Automation, it deals with the manufacturing of SPMs(Special Purpose Machines). PLC panels, standard parts are used. Sheet metal and fabrication is also done here. You can a lot of knowledge by learning and designing SPMs. I'm in the design department and I'm new in this field. I'm learning a lot from here.
