One should allow to take pending mandatory leaves for all; If not allowed then its compensation should be allowed. Switched off policy should be strictly adhere for all functions except month end. Nothing Bad Company to work. They took 24hr of employees and in return of that work they gives lollipop of ESOPS Bonus Increment. Don’t join this company your life gone be hell. HODs are pathetic never take stand for there joiners.
