Was made to do extra work in notice period which was not released and reporting manager kept files with him which were utilized under his name post my exit. Last three months were horrible with taunts and arrogant behaviour. Was even told not to interact with others in the team.

The Product Department lately has been awful. Clear disparity in terms of salaries, bonus, WFH provision only to some selected departments. No checks on performance of depts and randomly passing them awards and appreciations HR dept is the worst at MO. They don't even understand the pain points of employees. Even after deliveringthe requirements, no appreciation or recognition Have to compulsorily wait for 2 yrs for promotion and they will get someone from outside with 3yrs experience and give them AVP designation. MOFSL Management is good but due to the lower level employees are mentally harassing by the reporting. The way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.

The worst hr you can find is in motilaloswal. Divya pillai is the regional hr but still she is useless. Lot of girls tell her problem her mental harrassment but everytime she will lie ok give me sometime I will get back to you . But she will never respond . This company is not at all female friendly . And if you have stable job thenguyz please don't leave that job and join mosl.. Mosl give you hike but after 6 month they will give you pip and then you will be useless to them . Without providing portfolio or client how many days you will survive. This is the organisation where you will be not allowed to serve your notice period. Bosses are insecure they don't give chance for fresh talent. Initially they will say that will arrange your training in Mumbai. They will send you Mumbai just for showing rosi picture but after coming from Mumbai your honeymoon period will go and real mental torture for 2 cr of monthly mutual fund get started apart from insurance and demat. Without any support. If you don't reach at 9.15 at 9.16 your salary will be debited for that month . I feel we spend a lot of time on virtual calls on daily basis. The review mechanism is also micro what i think. We spend a huge time in making different PPTs and beautifying them. Our incentive calculation and payout is very complex and there is huge attrition too due to this. We should really take action in making few things complex to simple.
