They think that they are the one who can set targets according to their benefit. Changes target time to time and from day one starting from branch head to country head will ask you to leave the organization or complete the unrealistic target. No ethics into the organizational structure. Offering incentive structure which you try to achieve then they ll increase the target. No one at any level is having their job safe and secured into this organization. I agree that any organization will not accept the non performance but i have worked with multiple other organizations atleast they will not demotivate you from day one by comparing to those who are into the same role from past 5-10 years. Using abusive language and talking about each other's family is much common way to take review and con call. Have seen many employee crying and begging for their job even after spending long long years into this organization. Every day you will be made to realize that you are not worthy this is just because the higher management is all into just money making and they dont have any concern fro their clients, staffs and other hierarchy....Read More
