It usually closes at 5:30 in evening.some Team leaders are good and some are bad.depending which team you are working for will decide your experience. But it is overall a very good company to have your experience in. Good infrastructure.

It is the clear example of British Raj. Once you join the company, you will be treated as BONDED LABOUR. There is nothing to like about this company, each day was a nightmare. If I talk about the Finance team , 8 people including 5 CA's have resigned and left company within a year. Some of the core reasons for resignation- 1. Totally unskilled yet highly arrogant CFO. Even Head's of of other teams are upset with arrogance of CFO. You can not raise any problem/concern with him, if you do you will be fired. He has the habit of calling professional as Clerks/ Idiots/ Duffers. He makes fun of MBA's and considers them as low grade resources. He will go home at 6 pm but wont allow the team to go home on time. 2. Incompetent HR function which is if no use except for hiring and relieving resources. They will not provide you with any assistance after you are onboard and even YOUR MOST GENUINE CONCERNS will be totally ignored. 3. VERY VERY VERY VERY LONG WORKING HOURS, atleast 12 hours daily. If you ask to leave early, you will be threatened with low performance rating. 4. 6 DAYS WORKING. AND EVEN ON SUNDAYS YOU ARE EXPECTED TO WORK. 5. VERY VERY VERY LOW COMPENSATION Compared to industry standards. 6. NO WORK FROM HOME OPTION, due to this 70 % people within the finance team and other teams were down with COVID. DURING COVID IF YOU TAKE LEAVE YOUR SALARY WILL BE CUT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SUPPORT YOUR TEAM EVEN IF YOU ARE IN HOSPITAL. If you dont support you get a call from HR. 7. FORGET FESTIVALS AND SUNDAYS AFTER JOINING THIS COMPANY. You can be asked to work even on Diwali, Holi and Dusshera. 8. No Trainings will be provided to you. 9. Even if you are staying back till 12 in the night, NO FOOD , NO CONVEYANCE will be provided to you. 10. 3 MONTHS NOTICE PERIOD, There is NO RELAXATION in notice period even if you have completed the Handover/KT process and no task is pending. Contd... 11. The behaviour of seniors is rude and insulting , you won't get any appreciation for your work. Constant humiliation will lower your morale and push you into depression. 12. If there is some emergency in your house, still you would not be allowed to attend it. Forget family functions totally. 13. Only 20% tasks will be routine and ret 80% tasks will be adhoc. You will not be provided any trainig or help/ guidance to complete the tasks . 14. You will be getting mails at 5:30 pm to complete the new assigned task by EOD, COMPLETE HARRASMENT OF EMPLOYEES. 15. No Comp off and No overtime pay. 16. HR policies are totally against the employees. 17. No clear Key Result areas, you can be asked to do anything even if it doesn't relate to your field/Qualifications. 18. You will be not allowed to plan a vacation. They have forced people to cancel their vacation plans and have forcefully reimbursed only the travel tickets. 19. JOB SECURITY IS A MAJOR CONCERN HERE. Each day you can expect a verbal threat from any senior to fire you. 20. Manager in Finance team have no knowledge and do not want to do anything by themselves. Even for converting ₹ value in $ value , you will receive a mail . 21. NO LEARNING AT ALL. Seniors don't have any knowledge, you will be just copying and pasting figures. Slow is decision making, not interested in outside group business have some wonderful products but not working on them to improve it.Have excellent practice teams but working on outdated technologies which creates a big gap .
