Incompetent Leadership, Small firm full of corrupted leaders & people. Dirty Corporate Politics, No Job Security. No Work Life Balance, Poor Working Culture, Lack of Diversity in Inclusion, No appreciation culture. Leadership is not solution oriented but blaming employees and pinpointing employees all the time. They force people to resign without giving valid reasons even if that employee has not done such big mistake which leads to this. Monotype is a great place to work certified MNC. Nice Infrastructure and happening office. They provide in-house meals/coupons and they do not follow any fixed working hours which makes it one of the best places to work at. It is very close to Amity University gate no. 2. Worst management. So much expectations from trainees. With 25k stipend, They want work of 20 Lpa. They even don't promote training after probation period,either they will terminate or extend the training.
