1. Parking issue 2.work life balance is zero 3. There are frequent changes in SOP 4. No job security 5. Senior director ask any one on any time to leave the job just like "Ab aap kalse mat ana" 6. Zero clarity about work 7.Sourcer and SAM work is overloaded at the same time KAM are chilling.

The only thing satisfactory was the timely credit of salary.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic I was forced to put resign as the team bandwidth was not as per the budget of team. Untill I resigned my manager Karthik Maini used to torture me daily by poking me several times during the day. HRBP did not help even after complaining for 5-6 times.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
