Working by a Systematic Process, Albatha group undergoing Learnings, And it's under a Large group. There is Quality checking, And giving Value to Staffs . As ongoing under Labour Law. 2 days Weekend Leave.

Dislikes

For Warehouse workers tend to work in Extended hours and Pay less for that . Salary itself Low and Slow Growth. Incriments are late. We didn't get promoted as per performance or time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
