Modern coast is best company ever I had worked, I am working at Zambia-Ndola as commercial manager. I joined as a Finance Controller and I promoted in 18 months as a commercial Manager for SADC region. Many things you learn from head office and from local office. so many professional staff working from multiple countries, Company MDis so professional and down to earth person, Being an employee I never seen a MD like Modern coast express. Dislikes

I don't like some of boot licker mangement employees from Mombasa branch who don't have business knowledge and proving himself they are best in segments. Even they pass wrong information to the MD without any knowledge what they have to do. But in corporate company you know this type idiots are everywhere so don't take in mind.

It's a very fast growing company open to new ideas and the teammates are very cooperative. New training and skills available after every three months. The work environment is awesome. Work life balance is awesome. I travelled alot so it's awesome.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals are very poor.
