Dislikes

Training and learning program was missing and politics was also bad part during work.

Work Details

My job was in MMI was support function for Murex and TLM application and wroked as dev for new requirements purpose.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
