The company is managed by a family i.e they are unqualified to know the feeling of employees, will treat you like a slave. The rigid working hours from 9:30 am to 8 pm, with that the kitchen will be open at 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm so within this time you have to had your lunch and after that you can’t go for walk that means directly to you work bench.There is no Higher authority or such qualified people or any reporting officer. The work pressure is good but the harassment is not. They follow their own home made IRC, IS codes that mean the desgin of any thing will always face a problem. There is no benefit or privileges provided by the company like no medical insurance, no sick leaves, many more. If there is an emergency then you also can’t take a leave instinctly for that you have to intimate them 4 days before. They will provide you a 2.5 months late salary because as from the HR, the Respective Director don’t give the authorisation and because of this they only providing you 8 months salary in a complete one year. There is also a trend of holding salary of an employee. So please make sure you have to be rich in your holding and savings. The life will gonna hell!!!!!
