- Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager Administration for Projects to oversee and manage administrative functions for our projects across various locations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in camp management, facility management, employee accommodation, and general administration, with a strong background in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Camp Management-: Oversee camp construction, mobilization, and demobilization, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of camp infrastructure.
- Facility Management-: Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Employee Accommodation-: Oversee employee accommodation arrangements, ensuring availability of amenities and services.
- Canteen Management-: Manage canteen operations, including food quality and hygiene, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- General Administration-: Oversee administrative functions, including record-keeping and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Management-: Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Travel-: Frequent travel to various project locations to manage administrative functions.
Requirements:-.
- Education-: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience-: Minimum 6 years of experience in administration, facility management, or related field in the construction industry.
- Skills-: Strong administrative and management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relocation-: Willingness to relocate to Gandhinagar.
