About Position: As Global head for Procurement and Administration you will hold a multifaceted responsibility for establishing and maintaining the procurement processes, physical infrastructure, and security measures necessary to support our operations
You will oversee procurement, facilities management, and physical security initiatives, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and integrity of our workplace environment. Your role will be pivotal in creating a conducive work environment, optimizing resource utilization, and safeguarding the well-being of our employees, with a strong emphasis on integrity, transparency, and security in all aspects of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sourcing opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules for goods and services.
- Develop and manage the facilities and procurement budget
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline the purchasing process and ensure compliance with organizational standards and budgetary constraints
- Setup and maintenance of Office Facilities
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of products and services
- Lead programs to digitize facilities and procurement management process & Data management
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards related to facilities management, procurement, and supply chain practices
- Implement measures to enhance security, resilience, and business continuity in facilities and procurement operations
- Ensure transparency and accountability in reporting processes, maintaining open communication channels and fostering trust and confidence in facilities and procurement operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, Sales to align procurement and administration activities as per the business requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Procurement & Administration, or supply chain management roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Commitment to integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in all operations, with a proven track record of high ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, procurement best practices, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
