I liked work life balance as they don't encourage people to work late

Dislikes

I didn't like the culture of having deciding power in only one hand of MD who is japanese.also they work on long term plan which sometimes doesn't come in existence. Also faith in people is very little

Work Details

I was taken as engineering manager but no person under me. Scope is there but I can't work for those areas as clear demarcation. Also I worked for one project for 5 months and that finally didn't came

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Training provided to all the employees time to time as required.work environment was quite good for all employees.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
