Cytec india is one of the leader in aerospace , speciality chemicals,paints & other so many products, having units in different countries. I am lucky one as a part of a team. All have been take efforts in company growth. Cytec gives us trainings ,drills to enhance our skills.cytec is a leader in safety,quality& produce quality products on time bound. As per Cytec policy no compromise with safety & quality to delivering more than the customer imagination. Hiring policy is also good. Salary growth/ appraisal is also good....Read More

Unfortunately company has been shut-off its production unit & other services from india & relocate to US. Otherwise no dislike quotes about cytec.

Work Details

As a production shift incharge, I have enjoyed my daily routine work. Work atmosphere is also good.i have learned to work on DCS system & different instruments.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
