Excellent team to work with. Great learning curve. We get to work on a feature all by ourselves, we have an opportunity to experiment new technology. Excellent facilities are provided like, breakfast, dinner, cab, etc. Flat organisational structure.Flexible working hours.

No job security. One fine morning, you may lose your job,apparently, for no reason. While working you have to work with the constant fear of losing the job. Salary hikes can be delayed according to the financial stability of the company. Work - life balance is low. Celebrations, holidays, team-celebrations, etc are also less compared to another companies. No work from home option. You will be totally responsible for your feature, that also means you will be called to office at midnight if any serious issue pops up in your feature....Read More
