Dislikes

Mipalloy is a very disappointing company with no engineering culture. It operates more like a trading company than an engineering firm. There is a person named Mr. Nandakumar at the plant who lacks technical knowledge. Overall, the engineering environment is poor, and I would not recommend any engineers to waste their time at Mipalloy.
