I really interested for the port city project and I earn more experience from the project. I have been very impressed with my experience and it will be very helpful for my professional careers.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Our high management's team was charged by many times and they were not established a good plan. They didn't have a goal. Many Many times I tried to implement a scope with future targeted goal. However the management has not got understanding it.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
