Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

There is a lot if politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary and growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resgin. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team. ol)

Healthy and friendly environment, Provide knowledge about every project trough training, Traveling a lot in this department, appraisal are good but the salary is delayed always, no one play politics with other employees everyone is very helping and kind. Also officer's gives you proper advice and sport you. But if you are looking for any skills than don't go for this because there is no skill you'll learn in future. I have only one issue that is about salary timing they provide the salary but not on time. Which is make you life little difficult.
