I am working with MOH kenya, I got enough experiences and learnt how to work under pressure and stressful situation handling patients and giving quality care at my own level. While still working with MOH,I was sent to several training and learnt new skills and knowledge in managing several conditions or diseases. I was also appointed as facility in charge that is rural health centre, i practiced and improved in leadership skills. Dislikes

My dislike is all about small salary which can not able to sustained my needs and needsvof my family too. Also poor working environment.

Sincerely speaking, I obtained enough experiences from the work at MOH Kenya, despite some challenges which affected my good plans in improving community health services. At my level, as rural health centre in charge, innovated some good ideas

much more need to be done to ensure staff welfare is made key in service provision and motivation of staff

the work is challenging and demanding,requires a lot of sacrifice at personal level and therefore one need to have true calling to serve.The clients equally need to understand the health providers sacrifice and work demands.
